At Healing To You, we understand the intensity of serving victims of trauma and abuse, with the added element of working in the community. In line with our values of supporting our employees mental health and to ensure that we are providing the highest quality of care. We offer alternate full-time work schedules (36 hrs/4 days), with more than standard paid time off, including a paid week off during the winter holiday.

We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits along with life insurance, 401k, and FSA/Dependent care plan. These are some of the small ways that we support our own team members' mental health.
